Post-interview de-briefing is an essential part of exploring the fit.

After the interview we will promptly talk to both parties to establish their interest and any concerns.

Employment terms including salary, package and benefits will be confirmed at this stage. Some candidates may request a contract or an email from the employer stating the offer of employment before they resign from their current employment.

Once the candidate has accepted the offer of employment both you and the candidate will be sent written confirmation to formalise the appointment.
